We went out Saturday night....  Kaytie and Morgan both saw different bufo's and I spotted a DOR leopard frog....

we only spent a small bit of time out there despite the awsome temps... only drove down two roads... seemed to drive too fast and the kids complained the whole time. Glen was tired so we didnt even finish one of the roads....  I told him if it keeps up like that I wont be going again this summer... too much let down.  We put up the pool so I'm sure the peepers, cricket frogs and tree frogs will be abundant in the back yard.... Hey- saves on gas and I dont have to put down my margarita.

Yeah, I guess they had floated down the creek and got caught by nightfall before they could make it back to camp.  They were wet, drunk, barefoot, and a looong walk back (a couple of miles of paved road and half a mile of gravel road).  We had pity on them and threw them in the bed of the truck.
