Topic: Cruising tonight

Just got in from road cruising. The night started great! The first snake of the night was a nice timber around 30-32" the first one i've seen at this location.  big_smile
Sadly things went down hill from there, only 3 more snakes were seen, 2 copper heads and a great plains rat and all had just been hit since my last pass through. mad

Oh, well, at least I now know that timbers can be found on that road!  smile

Yeah, Brad told me that you had a bust of a trip so I opted for a new spot I found last year. There are atrox known to be in the area also but I haven't cruised one up yet.
In fact this was the first rattle snake i've seen. Other stuff found on previous  trips include red milk, great plains rats, copper heads, speckled kings & rough greens.
