First thing I noticed getting back on the site for the first time in 2+ weeks was the gallery (and everything related to it) being down. Hopefully it wasn't like this for all 2 weeks!
Looks like a glitch with a database table. I wasn't able to reset it myself, but I've submitted a support ticket to the web server host. It should be an easy fix for them; hopefully they will get to it soon.
Is it still down? I've been trying to figure out how to submit pics to it. It has the login option for me but my password for the forum doesn't work and there is no register button for me.

I've been remiss for the past couple of weeks in syncing new users. Try it now, please.
