I recently noticed that the forum was still running daylight savings and turned it off.  This is the only thing that I've changed that could possibly be throwing off your browser cookies.  After you log in next time, go to your own profile and make sure that it matches the board settings: Central Time with daylight savings turned off.  I think this will fix your problems.
