Topic: 2010 Fall Field Trip RSVPs....VERY IMPORTANT FOR YOU

We need to know who will be "herping" in the park. We have permits to detain animals for photos. However, if you get caught messing with animals in the SP without your name listed on the permit, it isn't our problem.

We also need to know if you will be camping so we will know exactly how much we will have to pay.

So please PM Torry or email her at the5chapmans@suddenlink.net and let her know the names of everyone coming in your party and if you are all camping.

Thanks, hopefully this will be the best trip yet.

I think the address is supposed to be the5chapmans@suddenlink.net, not .com.  It took me three emails to figure that out.  Hopefully the third one worked!

Oops, guess I didn't proofread enough, LOL. I edited it in case people don't read the replies before they try to e-mail her.

Was hoping someone would see the subtle humor in that, lol.

Apparently this reminder post has really sparked several people to RSVP. We greatly appreciate it and can't wait to see everyone.

How much of the trip is planned inside the park and how much is actually in areas where I can collect animals for museum purposes?

I'm sure we will have different groups going to different places. We will probably make a decent effort in the park because of all the corals that have been found there. When Melissa and I were there, we hit some decent spots outside of the park so there will probably be plenty of chances to do some collecting.

Man I wish we would get some rain to get the corals moving.
