Anyone heard any yet? I usually hear them by the first week of march, but none so far.

Anyone heard any yet? I usually hear them by the first week of march, but none so far.

Last friday night they were going crazy in a couple ponds in crawford & franklin counties.
As my son remarked- "Wow dad, they are ALL giving piggy back rides tonight!"
saw more fowleri than americanus though...but still, tons of toads everywhere and calling so loud you had to yell to communmicate.

Nice! I guess I have not been in the right spots. Piggy back rides? Classic. I will use that one to explain what the frogs are doing when Kasidy asks. Lol

I'm going out tonight in Crawford County, I'll see what's out. I haven't been out at night for about two weeks, so hopefully there will be more stirring than last time.
