Topic: Postlude

Well, another field trip has come and gone.   
Big thanks to the folks that put this together, specially Torry for some OUTSTANDING food and Tobin for footwork.
Good to see some new faces and some returning faces.  Granted, there wasnt any life-changing herp finds or bigfoot sightings or anything...but it was a good time.
I look forward to the next one.

We saw Bigfoot in Alpena, Brad....  just an fyi..

we made it home without incident around 5pm... one interesting DOR find.. a BADGER between Mountainburg and Fayetteville. Dont see one of those every day.

Had a great time, agreed- saw many new friends, but it seemed like the fireside circle had a few gaps where other familiar faces SHOULD have been.

I hate that I couldn't make it but I did get out for a short time after church and flipped a juvie speckled king and a mating pair of prairie kings.   big_smile

Nice finds, Eric. Our highlights included four milk snakes and two coachwhips. One of the coachwhips took a liking to the taste of Mike's hand.
I am gonna try and have the species lists up by next week.
