I was cleaning out my roach tank, putting in some fresh food, and saw one had moulted, and I had a several babies. YAY!
These things creep me out, but I still feel guilty when I feed them to my Pogona vitticeps.
Blaptica dubia after a moult, in a few days the shell will harden back up and she will look normal again. Kinda cute when they are white.
Eh...little creepy.
Haha well I kept a rat for two weeks because nobody would eat it, so I'd say he was a pet for a while!

I like watching the little guys. They're nice little bugs, no noise, no biting, no smell other than the catfood I put in. I think I might get a red light to watch mine eat at night.
At least you don't have to put them on a leash and take them for a walk every day. Nice pets.

Adam, I took ONE venture in rat breeding, the male beat up the female, and I nursed her back to health. She was the sweetest thing EVER. I hate feeding live, and just will NOT do it if I can avoid it.
Funny story, I got rats from someone Seth knew, and he was nice enough to gas them for me, since I'd have wound up with a TON of rat pets.
As it was, I was feeling guilty enough, trying NOT to look at how cute they were..
Seth pulls one out and says "Oh look! This one's cute!"
*cranks gas up*
