Basking Beauty: Our October Calendar Photo is Available Now!
Congratulations to Jamie Burchill for the winning October calendar photo of an Escambia Map Turtle! Jamie snapped this basking map along the Conecuh River in Alabama. Jamie’s photo was chosen as the October featured photo out of several hundred photos received since our contest began. It’s not too late to submit for the final months of the Year of the Turtle Calendar Photo Contest! All submitted photos will continue to be considered for future calendar months, as well as for use (with photo credit) in other YoT products and documents.
