Topic: Looking for help
My name is Jared Rogers I own Reptile Relocations in Hackett Ar. I have been asked to do a snake exhibit for the girl scouts to be held at the girl scout nature center in Fort Smith on Jan 21st from 1-4pm. I need native snakes all but two of my snakes are exotic. I have a great plains rat (pantherophis emoryi), and a racer (coluber constrictor), and the only hot I have for the time being is a Mexican west cost rattler (Crotalus basiliscus). Along with the exotic snakes a friend and I are bringing I would like to showcase some of the native snake that Arkansas has to offer, I would really like the kids to see and learn about the snakes namely the venomous snakes that they may see in the wild in Arkansas. If anyone has some of our native hots they would like to bring please lute me know. the animals I am looking for are the Copperhead (Agkistrodon controtrix), Cottonmouth (Agkistrodon piscivorus), western diamondback (crotalus atrox), Timber rattler (crotalus horridus), western pigmy rattler (sistrurus miliarius). Although not found in this part of the state I would love to have the Texas coral (micrurus tener).
My email is jmrogers16@hotmail.com
Thanks
