As many of you are already aware, the St. Louis Zoo recently reported on the first captive breeding success of Hellbenders.

I have arranged to tour their Hellbender facilities (which are not open to the general public) and speak with the keepers this Thursday, December 22.  If you have questions for me to ask of the staff, please post them here and I will pass them along.
