Hey Tom! Your offer for herping Sunday is tempting, but it's my father's birthday so I'll have to pass. Would you be interested in setting something up for next Sunday?
BTW, I know it's late notice, but Erica and I are going out in the morning. We plan to meet at 8 am and hit the field near Mayflower. We've had a lot of luck there recently. We've found and photoed 4 new county records so far - and there are still tons more to verify and voucher. If you're interested, give me a ring in the morning 803-4417.

You and I will get together next Sunday. If you have a certain place in mind just let me know. I did not get off work until a hour ago and I dont think I can make it in 6 hours or so with you and Erica. I wish I could. Today is my birthday and I'm sure the family will have something in store for me anyway. If you would though, please send me an email when you get the chance and let me know what you two have already found and documented. If you have photos send those too. George(said to tell you hi) lives in Faulkner county and he is trying to secure permission for us to herp some large private farms. I plan to head up there soon. I keep posting these little invites but apparently we're the only herpers in central Arkansas. Oh well, more county records for us.

I havent been herping much lately but I saw a big Black Racer crossing my yard few days back but I have found a lot of stuff in May and June and I think a new county record for Saline in late March by finding a Gray Treefrog 
I was looking at some pictures from last winter in late November and I found a Turtle that looks like, and has a very similar color pattern like Ornate Box Turtle which would be a new county record as well but im not 100% sure if it is a Ornate, I need to send the picture to Kory and he could tell for sure.

Well, I have been wondering where our little Icelander friend has been! You need to hook up with us sometime, Daniel, I really think you would enjoy it!
